“Cherish your visions and your dreams as they are the children of your soul, the blueprints of your ultimate achievements.”
~~ Napoleon Hill
We’ve all seen the testimonials on Oprah and Ellen – how vision boards set the stage for their move into superstardom. Hype, you say? How could pasting some cut-out pictures from magazines have that kind of an impact?
As one who’s used vision boards in my own life, I can say – silly as it may seem, it works! Granted, I’m not a superstar….and that was never one of my goals. Truth is, superstardom and big glitzy houses and cars and whatnot aren’t what Vision Boards are about….they’re about creating your own authentic outcomes toward the life you want – a life you choose.
For instance, when I made my first Vision Board, the process helped me to take a clearer, deeper look at my priorities and values…the different elements of my life that were most important to me…and what I wanted in each part of my life. And just the process of doing that – because I’ll admit I put the board away for a long time afterward – set my subconscious to working on bringing those things into my experience. Travel, new circles of friends, new writing projects, healthier relationships…three years after doing my Vision Board, I can say that all of these desires are being fulfilled.
So what about you?
Would you like to see how a Vision Board will change your life – especially when you give it the time, attention and clarity you deserve?
That’s why I offer quarterly Your Life Matters vision board workshops. Magazines, scissors and paste are just one tiny part of these events; they’re a full-day immersion with meditations, self-awareness exercises, visioning and sharing in a supportive group…an opportunity for you to focus on your authentic life, core clarity and ideal outcomes. Due to the deep nature of the work, there are only 10 spaces available in each event.
Email me to learn when the next Vision Board event is scheduled! Due to the intimate, face-to-face nature of these circles, they are offered only in the Baltimore, MD, area at this time.
“Each of us is put here in this time and this place to personally decide the future of humankind. Did you think the Creator would create unnecessary people in a time of such terrible danger? Know that you yourself are essential to this World. Believe that! Understand both the blessing and the burden of that….Did you think you were put here for something less?”
